We now have an opportunity for a passionate People Leader to join the executive team at Treadshed as our People and Culture Manager.
About the role;
As People and Culture Manager you will be working closely with our executive team, and reporting to our HR Partnering Manager. This role is anything but BAU, and will see you lead people change and development programs across all HR related matters within the distribution centre. Due to the success of our wider operation, we have experienced a period of high growth within our Treadshed team. Your role as People and Culture Manager is to take our team members on the next step in their career journey and help create a leading environment of people development and operational excellence.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- This is a hands-on role where you will be providing strategic advice and coaching to the DC client group on all people-related matters, balancing advice with their individual and business needs.
- You will be front and centre of leading best practice - delivering and supporting WHS compliance, in line with internal process and procedures.
- Training and Development Excellence through Inducting and training DC Team Members and working with the DC Leadership Team to ensure all Team Members have achieved training compliance.
- Promote Engagement & Workplace Culture - by developing and delivering events, cultural empowerment & communication.

- Your experience in a similar environment (Distrubution centre, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing) will pave the way for your success at MFG - we are talking retail, fulfilment centres, manufacturing and FMCG.
- You will have exceptional relationship management and ability to form trusted partnerships.
- The ability to be flexible to adapt and respond with an ‘up for the challenge' attitude.
- A positive, professional outlook, passionate about people, development, and change.

More about You
- We are looking for a natural people leader with experience in Human Resources at a strategic level, People & Culture leadership and a curious mind for developing people centric initiatives.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, WHS or equivalent, will be highly regarded;
- Have excellent organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail skills, to coordinate tasks and projects with a diverse portfolio
- You will have 6+ years of hands-on People & Culture experience in a similar environment.
- You love success stories, and seeing others develop. You are a celebrator, a teacher and a champion of creating a positive culture through learning.
