Join a business with strong relationships in a smaller team environment. Our client is looking for someone with liability experience across Public Liability, and/or Commercial Liability claims with an interest in working within a Lloyds syndicated book. You will be trained and supported in picking up new product lines, which will expand your CV and experience.

This is a full-time role that can be worked from their office in Sydney, Brisbane or fully remote based on your preference.

The Role:

- Manage claims end to end, attend and run settlement conferences
- Provide specialist technical advice and support to internal and external clients.
- Providing timely, clear, and concise written and verbal communications to clients including updates on claim strategy
- Provide advice on policy construction, interpretation, and insurance coverage.
- Represent the insurer and client at mediations/conferences and facilitations and negotiation.
- Settle claims within the client services instructions, insurers guidelines, and delegated authority.

Your Background:

- Experience within Claims management across Public Liability and/or Commercial Liability
- Previous experience with Llyod’s highly desirable but not mandatory
- Expertise in managing and servicing a niche claims portfolio.
- Proven skills in client relationship management
- Previous experience interpreting insurance policies
