**About the role**
This role is responsible for overseeing the governance supporting Youi’s Initiative Management Framework (IMF), continuous improvement to the IMF, analysing business cases, and support the team in business prioritisation.
**You will**
- Oversee the governance of Youi’s initiatives by monitoring adherence to the Initiative Management Framework (IMF) and other required processes, policies, and frameworks.
- Ensure all initiatives within Youi’s Initiative Portfolio adhere to all ongoing requirements as per the Initiative Management Policy.
- Assist in strengthening the framework through the development and implementation of companywide project cycle artefacts / deliverables to enable the consistent and efficient management of projects at Youi.
- Work with different business units to achieve seamless integration of other business processes, frameworks, or policies, to improve transparency and speed of delivery
- Analyse business cases to ensure key components are present, such as:
- Appropriate level of governance is present to ensure wider business needs are met
- Clear strategic alignment
- Benefits/Costs are clearly articulated
- Appropriate stakeholder input
- Comply with all Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures within Youi, ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to ensure personal safety and the safety of others in the workplace
**About you**
- Degree qualified in either Business Management or Finance, or relevant Diploma with hands on experience
- Experience in Portfolio, Program, or Project Management
- Demonstrated understanding of using tools, methodologies, and techniques in project management
- Demonstrated understanding of governance requirements for project/initiative development, preferably in within a Financial Institution of similar regulated environment to Youi
- Strong business acumen
- Attention to detail and time management
