**The Role**:
We currently have a **part-time Assistant Store Manager** position available in Sunbury. This is a key support role, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales results and deliver outstanding customer service.

If you’ve got **customer service and sales experience** and enjoy hitting goals, this could be perfect for you. This role offers** monthly and quarterly performance bonuses** in recognition of your results.

**Working hours**:

- Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (29 hours per week)

**We are open**:

- Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Saturday: 9am - 3pm

Some flexibility may be needed.

**About you**:

- Background in retail, sales, or hospitality
- Confident dealing with customers and working to sales targets
- Keen to learn and grow - full training provided
- A team player who’s hands on and ready to get stuck in
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
- Good problem solving skills and a can do attitude
- Goal driven with strong communication skills
- Physically fit with a driver’s licence
