Job Description

My client with a head office in Sunbury on Thames are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant home based. You will need Excel, be analytical, accounting and bookkeeping experience with a basic Accounting qualification. £30Kpa.

**Accounts Payable**
- Resolving queries with Invoices
- Prepare company payment runs at specific times and upload payment files for authorisation.
- Managing the AP and ensuring all Invoices are paid in a timely manner

**Accounts Receivable**
- Assisting with posting cash receipts to Netsuite from all company bank accounts daily.
- Posting worldpay receipts from UK and BV bank accounts and reconciling to Worldpay online orders report and estore order confirmations.
- Downloading bank statements for all accounts and filing twice monthly.
- Resolve customer payment queries.

***Credit Control**
- Managing credit control and working with the Credit control assistant to ensure that payments are received on time.
- Managing Kill orders and ensure that the process runs smoothly.
- Providing updates on late customers
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Effective and efficient communication with Sales relating to Kill orders and other outstanding accounts

**Reporting**
- Assisting with month end reporting requirements
- Assist with KPI reporting on AP, AR, Credit Control
- All other reporting as required.

**General**
- Providing administrative assistance to Financial Controller.
- Processing credit card payments through Worldpay
- Assisting with issuing Customer Statements as required.
- Answering incoming telephone calls in a timely manner and making outbound calls to chase for payment as required.
