We now have a new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join one of WA’s largest home building companies. Based in their Osborne Park office this role supports the Manager with a full range of administration duties. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to become part of a large and successful construction company

Your new role would see you support the Manager with range of administration duties, including but not limited to:

- Data entry
- Document formatting
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Booking meetings and catering
- Answering phones
- Preparing and organising documentations
- Other ad hoc admin as required
- At least two years administration experience
- Construction industry experience would be highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously on tasks where required
- A flexible can-do attitude with a willingness to help out wherever needed

This is a permanent position with a great salary package. It is close to public transport and there is also a range of parking options close by.
