**The Opportunity**

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to our team in Forrestdale. Reporting to the Distribution Manger your key responsibilities will be:

- Maintain purchase orders and invoices for equipment records in database management system
- Maintain documentation and records
- Minutes of SDC Toolboxes
- Attend OHS monthly meetings
- Processing of equipment quotes on behalf of the Perth SDC
- Processing of equipment orders
- Reconcile /monitor monthly dealer orders
- Invoice monthly equipment rentals
- Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility.
- Preferably experience in Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage.

You will need to have a high level of interpersonal and organisational skills while being computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. A keen attention to detail is necessary along with taking initiative in this role.
