Highly regarded financial services organisation is seeking a passionate Internal Communications and Events Consultant to join their dynamic Employee Experience team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Employee & Executive Communications, this key role will deliver engaging employee communications experiences.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Develop and manage key internal communications events both virtual and in-person including Town Hall, Senior Leader Calls, Lunch & Learns, Ask the Chief, celebration events etc.
- Provide communications support for important projects and activity such as New Ways of Working, Employee Value Proposition, strategy comms etc.
- Plan and implement clear and compelling internal communications to inform, align and engage employees around important campaigns, announcements, and changes
- Partner with SMEs to design and develop internal communications for people team initiatives and calendarized activity e.g. wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, recognition, values, career development, performance, cyclical talent processes etc.
- Identifying new communication approaches and channels to amplify business initiatives and announcements and support employee engagement
- Deliver engaging intranet content and communications
- Work collaboratively with the other members of the internal communications and engagement team to manage internal comms calendar
- Help to bring to life their EVP through ‘People’ team’s LinkedIn presence
**You will have**:
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or relevant
- 3 + years’ experience in a communications role with digital communications exposure
- Previous event management experience and exposure to managing online and hybrid events
- Ability to craft high-quality content in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to prioritise and work on multiple projects within tight timeframes
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining communications campaigns, working proactively and reactively, with a strong focus on employee communication and change management
- Proven experience managing stakeholders to build employee engagement
- Skill in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships across the business
- Outstanding communication and writing skills
