**Support Worker - QLD**

- Part Time position available in Moreton Bay - Caboolture, Deception Bay, Kallangur, Bribie Island and Redcliffe & Surrounding Areas

**What we need from you**:

- Availability to work varied days and times
- A desire to make a difference
- Aged Care Experience or knowledge of active support and capacity building
- Fluency in a second language (desirable)
- Creative, strengths-based approach to supports
- Clear commitment to person-centered planning with a focus on quality and best practice
- Proficiency in using technology broadly, or the capacity to learn new technology and programs as required
- Ability to create supportive and professional working partnerships which encourage capacity building
- Flexible, resilient and adaptive
- Physically fit to undertake the required tasks of the position as involves household cleaning
- Current First Aid (valid for 6 months) and CPR (valid for 3 months)
- A current and valid driver’s license along with a reliable, insured and registered vehicle.
- Covid Vaccination - As per Department of Health

**Good to have**:

- Similar experience in a similar organisation.
- Certificate in Aged Care /Individual Support or desire to obtain
- Personal Care experience.
- Cleaning Experience with a desire to make a difference to our customers
