We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate **Education & Quality Advisor** to join our team and help us drive excellence across our early learning environments.

**About the Role**:
As our new **Education & Quality Advisor**, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experiences of our children by supporting and guiding our educators. You will:

- Oversee and assess educational programs to ensure regulatory and developmental alignment.
- Implement robust quality assurance measures, including audits and mock assessments.
- Deliver engaging training and mentoring to upskill educators and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate across teams, families, and regulatory agencies to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Support services during the Assessment & Rating (A&R) process and help prepare children for a smooth transition to school.

**You’ll Bring**:

- A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience delivering professional development and mentoring educators.
- Confidence in working with regulatory bodies, conducting reviews, and driving positive outcomes in A&R.
