Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Support Operations, your main role and responsibilities will include:

- Daily communications with customers surrounding their loans and approvals.
- Communicate with underwriters and learn the tasks and responsibilities they perform.
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Data entry of customer payments and maintaining a high-level of data integrity.
- Process customer loan documentation forms and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc customer service and administration responsibilities.
