**Your Opportunity**
We are looking for a driven and passionate CRM Coordinator where you will be responsible for collaborating with the global teams on planning, implementing, and reporting on all direct marketing campaigns and programs the retail brands for Australia and New Zealand. This exciting role will allow you to talk to our customer base through the voice of the brand, each communication driving different results:
**You will be responsible for**:
- Working both independently, with wider team and internal stakeholders to deliver all aspects of EssilorLuxottica’s CRM campaigns.
- Executing campaigns using both internal and external tools.
- Customer retention and acquisition campaign targeting
- Set-up, maintenance and integrity of the campaigns in the database
- Execute and assist in preparation and print coordination of DM activity, including use of internal/external tools to segment
- Assist in the documentation and monitoring of the CRM budget
- Ensure timely upload, management and reconciliation of acquired customer data from business acquisitions and manage store rebrands from a data perspective.
- Assist in administration maintenance of CRM support files to ensure data integrity in communication
- Management of the CRM inbox, handling enquiries from the business.
- Manage and effectively liaise with suppliers and internal customers to ensure program timelines are met.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of funds and timely/accurate budget report updates
- Campaign analysis - reviewing campaign success and timely reporting on learnings.
**To be successful, you will have**:
- Exceptional communication skills and a desire to give the best customer service possible
- Organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Proven direct marketing campaign and project management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- 2 years’ experience in direct marketing/CRM roles
- A high attention to detail to ensure quality of information and standard of work
- Proven experience managing internal, external and vendor relationships
- Significant drive and determination to make things happen by acting on initiative
- Experience with SAP CRM Campaign Management and software is desirable\
