This is a newly created role for our Sesaol business, it is brilliant opportunity to own, develop and navigate brand plans, across the Home Garden, and Hort & Ag categories.

With massive focus on innovation and NPD pipelines, you will navigate the brand strategy development, innovation pipeline and brand activation.

Based out of Boronia, with flexible work arrangements, it is a high impact, high engagement role, collaborating & influencing multiple stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver a long-term innovation pipeline.
- Develop and implement marketing strategy, brand positioning and annual brand plans
- Manage external agency partners in packaging design, creative and research
- Identify consumer gaps by analysing consumer trends and sales data, across the Home Garden and Hort & Ag categories and devise appropriate brand plans
- Develop, foster, and maintain trusted working relationships with major customers, strategic partners, and internal and external stakeholders.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management
- Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
- In-depth knowledge of stage & gate processes
- Qualifications in Marketing or similar
