**The Role**:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time junior legal secretary to join our Melbourne office within our Motor Vehicle Insurance team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, capable and motivated to work autonomously and within a successful team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- liaising with clients and staff
- preparation of legal documents
- billing
- diary management
- opening, maintaining and closing electronic files

We are looking for an ambitious professional with excellent communication skills, advanced computer skills, strong time management and organisational skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced team will be essential.
