**The Opportunity**
As a leading Melbourne firm known for its great culture, our client is seeking a switched-on and enthusiastic Litigation/Commercial Legal Secretary / Assistant to support a Senior Managing Partner and a Lawyer.

This opportunity would suit a junior legal secretary / assistant who would like to build a long-term career as a secretary in commercial litigation.

**Responsibilities will include: -**
- Drafting of court documents and correspondence
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Monthly billing and account management
- Opening and closing files
- Online court filing
- General Administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing)
- Answering and directing phone calls (clients)

This position would suit someone who has over 1 years’ experience as a legal assistant / secretary and that wants to have a long term career in legal support.
