**The Role**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our Operations division. This is a newly created role ideal for a recent Graduate looking to start their career in Marketing.

In this generalist role, you will be supporting our Marketing team with content creation for the firm, social media posts, and hands on running of events. You will also drive internal engagement, work across our various staff committees (e.g. CSR, Social, Health & Wellbeing) ensuring meetings and events run smoothly.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Coordinate firm activities at promotional forums, seminars, and external conferences
- Coordinate client functions, events and webinars
- Drive firm culture, initiatives and encourage participation
- Digital marketing and content generation (videos, articles etc.)
- Implement and maintain programs, plans, policies, and procedures for all aspects of marketing

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail which ensures accuracy of information
- Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and work
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Tech savvy with social media knowledge and the ability to adopt new technologies
- Creative skills

- This role will be based in our Melbourne CBD office with flexible working in line with our hybrid working policy.
