An experienced Payroll Administrator is needed for a growing Gold Coast Company.

**Your new company**
Our client is a Gold Coast based organisation, operating as an industry leader for the over 27 years. With an international reach, committed to provide excellence products at affordable prices to their clients, they are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administration Professional to meet the demands of the market. This position will require a motivated individual who is confident in payroll administration, with a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a high-volume environment. With calculated growth and a long-term strategy in place, they have a proven track record of success and a strong reputation.

**Your new role**
As the Payroll Administration Officer, you will be responsible for, but not limited to processing payroll transactions, onboarding all new employees, resolving discrepancies, ensure procedures are always followed,
superannuation calculations and tac obligations, reconciliations and any other ad hoc duties as required. Additionally, you will need to have effective communication with a variety of people at all levels of the organisation and liaise with clients in a professional manner.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced, busy environment. Relevant administration payroll and Microsoft Office experience in essential. Additionally, you will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines and the ability to collaborate with others in a team environment
