As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that will drive our brand’s visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth in the competitive grooming and pet care market.
**Key responsibilities and duties include the following**:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for OZ Grooming World.
- Manage product listings, including SEO-friendly descriptions, images, and pricing updates.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to promote OZ Grooming World’s products.
- Create engaging content, including videos, reels, and posts, to showcase grooming products and trends.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with designers and videographers to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the grooming and personal care sector.
- Plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and product launches to drive engagement and sales.
**Qualifications and skills required for the role**:
- A formal education in marketing or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate expertise in specific areas of digital marketing, including but does not limit to Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with grooming, beauty, or personal care products (a plus).
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento to manage product listings, optimize user experience, and track performance.
- Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Data Studio or Excel.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members, create compelling content, and engage with customers.
- A creative mindset to develop unique marketing ideas and campaigns that stand out in a competitive market.
- Knowledge of the latest e-commerce trends, such as mobile shopping, personalization, and customer retention strategies.
- A driven individual who takes initiative and continuously seeks opportunities for improvement.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Overtime pay
