**How will **_you_** contribute?**

Become part of an exciting new Preston-based team that is fuelling growth in NSW You build connections with customers over the phone and take every opportunity to convert them to raving fans. We’re looking for go-getters who love talking to retail and Business customers with a critical mission to give them the information they need to purchase confidently.

You will work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5 pm, based in our Preston’s site (free parking) and easily accessible by nearby public transport.
- Managing day-to-day calling lists via CRM
- Following up leads and educating them on our products to create unique customer connections
- Sustain a consistently high level of sales activity to convert opportunities within the pipeline
- Maintain the pipeline and continually look to enrich prospect data
- Gain deep product and market knowledge
- Developing sound customer relationships and depth of understanding around specific customers’ needs and the opportunities you are working on
- Growing revenue through new business orders,
- Growing customer share and customer satisfaction

**About you**
- You’ll be an energetic, passionate, confident and people-focused individual who has prior success in a contact centre, telesales, telemarketing or similar phone-based role.
- You’ll start the day hungry to pick up the phone and close a deal.
- Possess excellent phone manner with impeccable objection handling techniques.
- You are a problem solver, negotiator and standout colleague who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive can-do approach.
