This position is for one of our clients in the bank. They are looking for new administration team members to join their teams responsible for deregistering and closing accounts.
**Our Bank Administration roles**
- **3 full-time** administration positions available in Parramatta
- $32 per hour + Super
- Hybrid and flexible work environment: 2 days in the office per week
- Required to work over Christmas Period
- Paid induction and training for you to gain unique financial services skills
- Learn and gain exposure to the banking industry with the possibility to career growth
- Urban locations and close to public transport
- Easy to fill timesheet, on-time payment and option for Real-Time Remuneration
**Duties and responsibilities**
We have different administration roles for various companies. Some of our admin roles are more specialised than others (government, HR, Legal or Accounting & Finance). The Bank Administrator can be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Manage clients' accounts: registration; deregistration and closure
- Serve the bank customers in the best possible way: understand their needs, and flawless delivery, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
- Escalate and follow-up customer queries, issues and complaints
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Report writing, collating and distributing documents.
- Provide supervision and support to less experienced Receptionists and may be involved in onboarding and orientation for new starters
**Your experience**
To excel in administration, you're a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, great attention to detail and admin skills. To be considered with us, you can demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience (min. 12 months) in Administration, Accounting or Data Entry
- Previous studies/ qualifications in Accounting & Finance
- Proficient in Excel and other systems
- Experience in a high-paced environment
- Computer (MS Suite) and organisational skills
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- We are open to Working Holiday visas (subclass 417) for this role - if your visa is valid for the entire contract._
