**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager with a solid healthcare background to join our Tullamarine Clinic in Victoria, (Country of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung and Bunurong/Boon Wurrung people) on a Full-Time basis. In this key role, you will be instrumental in driving the clinic’s growth and overseeing its day-to-day operations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing the daily management of the practice to ensure its smooth operation
- Coordinating and liaising with doctors
- Managing financials, including budgeting, accounts, and IT systems
- Leading, training, mentoring, and managing administration and nursing staff
- Providing excellent assistance and communication to patients
- Driving business development and promoting Occupational Health services at the clinic

Additional skills and attributes include:

- Ability to motivate, engage, and manage staff to achieve business goals
- Proficiency with computer systems
- A strong focus on customer service
