Front Desk Manager

**Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers and colleagues by supporting the overall operation of the Front Office Teams.**

As a Front Desk Manager, you will support the overall operation of the Front Office Teams across Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade, including Concierge, Front Desk and Bell Services. You will support the continuous improvement of work instructions and standards, customer service strategies, the management and development of team members and liaison with the Front Office Manager. You will ensure that the respective hotel short and long term goals are met with respect to the Front Office by leading the team to provide exceptional guest service with warm greetings.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Extensive hotel management experience across a rooms division within a superior hotel
- Extensive experience leading teams
- Proven experience in strategy development and business planning
**Desired Criteria**:
- Hospitality or business-related qualification
- Post graduate qualification (hospitality or business-related)
