We're currently seeking **dedicated Support Workers** who share our values and want to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants.

**Your Role**:
As a Support Worker, you'll be working one-on-one with participants to support them in their daily lives, in line with their individual needs and goals. This may include:

- Personal care (e.g., hygiene, dressing, mobility)
- Community access (e.g., shopping, appointments, social activities)
- Domestic assistance (e.g., cleaning, meal prep)
- Transport and companionship
- Promoting independence and wellbeing

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred)
A kind, respectful, and reliable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow support plans
Flexibility with shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends)

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or working towards)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or valid Yellow Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (as per government mandate)

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
