For our corporate office located in Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive - Acquisition & Engagement. The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the Recruitment & Engagement of consumers into/with the Heinemann Brand through digital channels, and in harmony with the overall Heinemann Marketing Strategic Plan.**Digital Marketing Executive**

Your new job includes
- Continuously review Heinemann’s SEO status, and action SEO/SEM plan to optimize Heinemann’s relevance in consumer digital journey
- Develop Heinemann’s Social Media plan inclusive but not limited to - content pillars, platforms mix, calendar, competitions & partnerships
- Be an active part of creative briefing & development by providing objective input based on clear engagement insights from search, social & paid advertising results
- Ensure content from all Heinemann channels (Social, Website, CRM) is properly properly copywritten to an Australian based audience and seek external agency support when required.
- Lead Heinemann Australia’s community engagement in house or, via additional support for larger executions.
- Work closely with internal & external Stakeholders to be an active part of Heinemann’s Marketing strategic plan process

What you should bring along
- 5yrs+ experience in Digital Marketing with proven success in TOFU & MOFU growth.
- Experience on content creation & distribution through social channels, co-creators & partnerships
- Ability to manage brand identity and engage community through digital channels.
- Basic experience on display advertising, paid search and basic understanding of web 3
- Problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills related to process design and execution
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work in collaboration for win-win outcomes.
- Experience on SEO & SEM beneficial.
