For our corporate office located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive - Customer Experience. The Digital Marketing Executive - Customer Experience is responsible for the Conversion & Retention of consumers into/with the Heinemann Brand through digital channels, and in harmony with the overall Heinemann Marketing Strategic Plan.**Digital Marketing Executive**

Your new job includes
- Manage Heinemann’s Australia website and eStore and work alongside global team on continuously improve customer experience
- Lead Local testing process of Australia website and eStore in its entirety, this means working closely with global team, local IT and Operations.
- Execute ‘Heinemann & Me’ plan inclusive but not limited to competitions, In store visibility, testing & localization of global initiatives.
- Develop Heinemann’s In store plan inclusive but not limited to - in store shopper touch points & airport media partnerships
- Lead marketing’s communications & program trainings to Operations team and In Store staff, particularly on big ticket programs & loyalty program activity.
- Provide input into Heineman’s Digital Media kit offer catalogues, with clarity on the website & CRM product offer to vendors/partners, success metrics and revenue forecast.
- Work in close collaboration with external & internal stakeholders in order to be an active part of Heinemann’s Marketing strategic plan process

What you should bring along
- 5yrs+ experience in Digital Marketing with proven success in BOFU growth.
- Experience on E Commerce & Website maintenance
- Experience on Loyalty Programs and CRM systems beneficial.
- Basic experience on display advertising, paid search and basic understanding of web 3
- Problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills related to process design and execution
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to work in collaboration for win-win outcomes.
- Understanding of compliance with legal requirements beneficial.
- Experience in retail POS systems beneficial.
