**About the role**
As an Outbound Sales Representative for Lincoln Sentry, you will provide exceptional, industry-leading service and have a passion for building customer relationships and driving sales. Be a part of an omni-channel sales team that prioritises the needs of the customer, respects the bond we have established with them, and seeks to expand business of our customers and as well as Lincoln Sentry's.
**Responsibilities**
- Effective ownership and management of a customer portfolio
- Deliver value for our customers and actively driving and influencing mutually beneficial outcomes
- Develop successful sales plans in conjunction with other Lincoln Sentry departments, and aid in the creation of marketing campaigns through accurate data entry into the CRM.
- Showcase product knowledge to highlight services for customers and sales expansion.
- Establish key relationships with customers to establish yourself as a reliable advisor, supported by a range of reliable products.

**Skills & Experience**
- Sales experience in B2B or outbound environment
- A passion for success and working to exceed KPI requirements
- Strong communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time
