**What You’ll Do**
- Complete FP&A work, including Annual Budget, Actual Vs. Budget, Forecast, key variances and all the management reports.
- Track the forecast P&L closely for budget / forecast control on revenue, margin, expenses etc.
- Provide profit forecasting, annual budgets and business plans.
- Coordinate monthly financial statements, provide suggestions for expense/cost control and profit improvement action;
- Support all internal control requirements and ensure adherence to Polestar Finance.
- Prepare pricing approval business cases.
- Oversee the revenue streams and invoicing to ensure that all policies and business decisions are captured in the business transactions and results
- Work closely with commercial team to optimize vehicle price, discount, incentive etc. and monitor compliance of all activities performed.
- Identify, flag and quantify financial/business opportunities and risks compared with target and latest forecast.
- Perform analysis of STD vehicle margin including for example revenue, discounts, standard cost, and local cost vs target and YoY and being able to highlight the essence.
- Provide input and validation of information for In Market Reviews and other presentation decks as required.
- Provide analytical support to the local sales & marketing organization to assist with evaluation of business decisions.
- Attend to requests from local management and parent company management for ad-hoc business analysis and modelling of new business opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance or economics;
- CPA/CA qualification preferred but not essential
- More than 5yrs’ experience in management accounting or Financial analysis positions, business controller experience in AUTO industry is preferred.
- Able to think strategically, with good business sense and commercially awareness.
- Works effectively in a matrix organization, with cross function and international exposure
- Strong communications, presentation & analytical skills.
- Ability to use creative analysis to drive business improvement
- Good command of English in speaking & writing
- Strong Microsoft excel skills.
- Sound systems and PC skills.
