The Commercial Business Partner plays a pivotal role in providing strategic support to business heads through quality financial and commercial analysis.
The role requires a considered and credible commercial business partner to the Sales, Finance, Product Innovation and Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide leadership and mentoring of direct report
- Weekly and month end processes/reporting with insightful commentaries on the results and trends
- Facilitate the division's forecasting and budgeting process for the commercial team
- Support for pricing, NPD and business case evaluations
- Supporting debtor management and credit control
- Partner with key stakeholders to provide strategic insights, analysis and advice to the commercial team on pricing, volume and channel management.
- Process improvements and adhoc projects

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Economics
- CA or CPA qualified
- High degree of commercial acumen, ideally with exposure to manufacturing as well
- Excellent MS excel skills, power point (desirable)
- SAP (ECC & BW)
- Tableau and/or Alteryx experience highly regarded
- Effective communication skills - Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
- Analytical and problem solving ability - Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues.
