Manager, Corporate Insurance

**Your Team**

Within the Finance and Fund Services team and reporting to the Corporate Treasurer, the Manager - Corporate Insurance will be a core member of the team and will occupy a highly autonomous position with a broad scope and depth of significant responsibilities. You will also interact with many teams outside of the Finance and Fund Services team including CFS' Risk and People teams.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Leading the annual insurance renewal, engaging with brokers, incumbent underwriters, and exploring new markets.
- Co-ordinating the lodgement of claims with the insurer and insurance broker.
- Managing the total cost of insurance aligned with the budget.
- Managing claims for under deductible amounts.
- Co-ordinating the renewal process and claims management for the state-based workers compensation programs.
- Undertaking insurance project work in conjunction with the broker and key stakeholders to enhance the insured position. This includes insurance risk reviews and gap analysis.

**Your Background**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a complex organisation.
- Experience in insurance negotiations and claims management and building relationships with insurers and insurance brokers.
- Strong negotiation skills demonstrating high levels of commerciality and pragmatism.
- Excellent collaboration skills with business partners including human resources, risk and procurement functions.
- Demonstrated skills in reporting including data collection and analysis.
