We are looking to add an entry-level role of a Junior Account Executive to our team of experienced, passionate and strategic-thinking PR professionals.

The successful applicant will be at the start of their career and have a passion for all things media, exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on delivering results-driven campaigns for our clients.

You will:

- Support the team on campaigns from concept to completion
- Help the team deliver on all campaign activities on-time, accurately and efficiently
- Strive for the best possible outcomes and proactively seek out opportunities to over deliver on every campaign
- Cultivate and build strong relationships with media contacts
- Support the team in developing creative ideas for new and existing clients
- Pitch stories and secure coverage across multiple channels
- Meet and exceed campaign targets and KPIs
- Positively contribute to the MediaCast culture

What you will need to be successful in this role:

- A tertiary qualification in PR, Communications or Marketing (or similar)
- Relevant internships or entry-level experience in similar roles

To excel in this position, you will also possess the following skills and qualities:

- A positive, adaptable attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Impeccable English, communication, planning and time management skills
- A flair for writing, creativity, strategic thinking and innovation
- You will have a natural ability to think outside of the box and bring story ideas to life.
- The ability to learn quickly and implement new skills with media, writing and pitching
- A problem solving approach and the ability to think on your feet and use lateral thinking
- A willing participant in our team building events and ‘Fun Lunch’
