**Role**: Testing Field Specialist - Tubing Conveyed Perforation

**Location**: Moomba, SA, Roma, QLD, and Jandakot, WA

**Type of contract**: Permanent

**Roster**: Full Time

The Position holder is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to Customers. He/She identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery in various Testing Services and Tubing Conveyed operations. The position reports to the Product and Service Delivery Manager.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Client focal point on location
- Coordinate and plan activities to ensure good and consistent service quality as well as safe operation as per standards and procedures
- Equipment preparation and readiness
- Responsible for crew assignment and fatigue management
- Provides an engineering interface with the client
- Performs engineering duties as required to provide testing services during Tubing Conveyed Perforations operations
- Responsible for ensuring that the preparation and dispatching of equipment is complete and accurate
- Ensures that people, equipment and materials arrive on time on location, and are rigged up, tested and ready to perform the job with no deviations from SESS (Specific Equipment and Site Safety) standards and contingency plans in place.
- Informs clients of any unusual conditions during the job and maintains direct contact with client's representative throughout running of service
- Supports the Service Delivery and Sales process with technical expertise
- In charge of an operating cell and is responsible for the training and development of personnel assigned to the cell and for the maintenance status of the assigned equipment
- Performs operations with explosives in line with the Schlumberger Explosives Standards and Procedures
- Prepares job design including gun planning, string diagrams, hydraulic calculations and SPAN modelling to determine charge performance
- Utilizes FDP (Field Deployment Platform) and WorkRight in Process and Service Delivery (PSD) process through standard work instructions and checklists
- Completes all the required pre and post job paperwork and job tickets on time and without errors as per company policies.
- Ensures preventive maintenance on downhole equipment are as per Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards and safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.
- Participates in the District HS&E & Quality initiatives and programs (e.g. Risk Assessments, Quality Improvements, Emergency Response Plan, HSE and SQ Objectives, lost prevention team (LPT) and Service Quality Committee (SQC)).
- Performs Risk Analysis (e.g. HARC, JSA) before each job or task and identifies & addresses potential safety hazards. Corrects and report hazards immediately in QUEST or to Supervisor.
- Maintain the required safety training and reporting objectives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma in Engineering or relevant studies
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Expert in explosives handling, gun loading, arming and operation
- Competent in explosives inventory management and Dangerous Good logistics
- Competent in TCP job planning and design
- Knowledge in basic hydrostatic and pressure calculations
- Understanding of explosives initiation and explosive train theories
- Competent in Drill stem testing, Reservoir Sampling Techniques, TCP Expert Solutions
- Competency in Surface Well Test operations is desirable
- Ability to maintain high quality of service delivery at the wellsite, in terms of safety, quality and efficiency of operation,
- Ability to run required services, supervise operations and managing people, interact with clients and other related parties,
- Organisation and project management
- Experts in SPAN, Field Deployment Platform and WorkRight
- Written and verbal communication skills,
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software

**Other Requirements**
- Reside in Australia and have the full right to live and work in Australia including offshore
- No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company’s requirement
