**Take ownership on engineering**

The Field Service Specialist - Subsea Control will be providing technical onsite direction and assistance to the customer in the Operation, Maintenance, Repair and Installation of Wellheads, X-trees and other Baker Hughes related equipment within the employee’s discipline.

As the Field Service Specialist - Subsea Control, you will be responsible for below:

- Being an expert at following and executing Operating Service Procedures (OSP) and Project related Procedures (PRP)
- Mentoring less experienced FSEs and assisting with increasing their knowledge and experience
- Managing Inventory control of Baker Hughes related equipment offshore.
- Delivering control, function test, pressure testing, repair and reporting of necessary maintenance of delivered or rented equipment.
- Assisting Engineering / Project Managers with preparation of procedures if requested.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least diploma in relevant field and 5 years relevant experience.
- Have experience and confident to perform Troubleshooting and Repair work.
- Have completed training courses appropriate to FSE grade
- Have good knowledge of Baker Hughes products and equipment.
- Be proficient in written & spoken English
