As a Field Service Specialist, you’ll be responsible for making technical decisions which directly impact the relevant projects safety record, schedule, and operation.

As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all in-field activities, both offshore and onshore, are carried out safely complying with company environmental HSE guidelines and procedures.
- Installing and maintaining of Baker Hughes XT’s and/or Light Well Intervention (LWI) associated equipment involving.
- Working closely with Project and Engineering teams to meet deadlines set.
- Participating in all safety related initiatives on/offshore effectively.
- Involving in Baker Hughes Subsea X-mas Tree (XT) manufacture and testing.
- Preparing resolution of technical problems both on/offshore and pro-active involvement in product improvement

**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have educational background in Technical or Engineering study or proven knowledge & experience in relevant fields.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience as Field Service Specialist and/or Field Service Engineer for both offshore and onshore.
- Able to show technical knowledge with demonstrable exposure to Horizontal/Vertical XT Operations.
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills
- Have a Mechanical / Hydraulic apprenticeship with significant offshore experience in a Surface / Subsea environment

- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
