**The Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Register Ministerial Correspondence in PDMS
- Provide administrative support for PDMS to deliver accurate advice and user assistance for moderately complex enquires
- Assist with quality assurance and review of ministerial correspondence, briefs and submissions, ensuring compliance with ministerial preferences
- Assist in team administrative functions, including mailbox monitoring
- Contribute to strategic planning and the achievement of team and department objectives
- Support other team members as required
