Step into our cozy and intimate space, reminiscent of a hidden gem in Asia—whether it's Japan or Hong Kong. A place that defies expectations, offering an authentic and true culinary journey inspired by our upbringing in Canberra and our travels across Asia. As part of our close-knit team, you'll wear multiple hats, taking on roles as a Host, Bartender, and Waiter. This position is perfect for an experienced individual with ambitions to grow their career in the near future.

**About You**:

- Availability to work weekends and evenings
- Current residency on the Gold Coast
- Full working rights
- Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue
- Proficiency in crafting cocktails, knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Able to carry three plates with ease
- Skillful in mixing beverages using a wide range of ingredients
- Taking and fulfilling beverage orders with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to recommend drinks based on guest preferences
- A passion for delivering a positive and friendly guest experience
- Welcoming guests warmly and escorting them to their tables
- Attentive to guests' needs throughout their dining experience
- Presenting dishes and describing them to guests
- Ensuring the accuracy and presentation of food orders
- Taking reservations in person and over the phone
- Processing orders and payments efficiently through POS

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour
