At **Stay Queensland**, we proudly support a growing portfolio of Queensland hotels and resorts by managing inbound bookings and guest enquiries.

As a **Guest Reservations Supervisor**, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service helping guests plan and book their perfect holidays while overseeing the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced **reservations, front office, or customer service agent** who’s ready to take the next step into leadership. This is a **full-time or Part-time position**, with **weekend availability essential**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Oversee weekend operations for the Inbound Reservations Team
- Support, guide, and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Handle guest enquiries, bookings, and escalations with confidence and care
- Ensure performance targets and service levels are met
- Assist with quotes, changes, and reservation updates
- Maintain clear communication between all team members and departments
- End of Month and Mid-Month Checks and Procedures to help assist the team.
- Arrival Checks to ensure smooth guest experiences
- OTA Platform Messaging

**About You**
- A confident, friendly communicator especially over the phone
- Previous experience in **Front of House, Reception, or Reservations** (travel or hospitality)
- Background in **leadership or supervisory roles** highly regarded
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, organised, and always ready to go the extra mile
- Experience with **REI Master** or similar systems highly valued
