This longstanding, highly regarding Engineering Consultancy is a rapidly growing organisation providing professional engineering services to a wide range of clients from offices across Australia. They have quickly earned a reputation for delivering quality designs and solutions across diverse building structures.
**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities, Skills and Qualifications**
- Assist engineering staff with the setting-up and administration of projects.
- Drafting of fee proposals and tender documents.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding staff, managing sick leave and reporting
- Raising sales invoices, document control, filing & printing.
- Staff/client scheduling of site visits and meetings
- General data entry and office administration duties.
- Update of client records.
- Assist with aspects of Quality Assurance Accreditation.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, experience with project software well regarded but not essential.
- Typically 5 years+ experience in an administration role
- Sound analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and also effectively as part of a team.
- Driven to complete assigned tasks on time, with accuracy and to agreed standards and practices.
- Comply with all relevant Acts and Regulations
- Comply with WHS requirements & ISO Procedures
