**Daily Organiser - Administration**
- Permanent Position
- Working Monday to Friday (Part-Time to Full-Time Role)
- Onsite from 7:30am (Finish Time Negotiable)

A permanent position (Term Time Only) exists for a Daily Organiser to commence as soon as possible. This role requires availability before and after school hours to respond to staff absences. Flexibility in finish times is offered in recognition of this commitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate staff absences, casual relief bookings, internal teacher coverage and duty rosters
- Communicate daily changes via internal systems
- Maintain accurate staff and student records in TASS, Timetabler, and other platforms
- Manage external and internal rooM/Facility bookings
- Liaise with key leaders and communicate with other stakeholders regarding staff absences, coverage and bookings
- Interview, induct and greet casual staff and maintain a pool of reliable casual staff
- Contribute to event, exam and timetable scheduling logistics and set up
- Provide administrative support
- Timetable data entry
- Student data uploads and entries and supporting academic reporting periods

**Key Requirements**:

- Committed Christian, active in their own church
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling staffing matters
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Familiar with school environments and scheduling systems

The duties involved in the Daily Organiser role play an important role in the smooth running of the school day. The role includes coordinating daily teaching staff adjustments (including casual relief bookings and internal coverage), managing rooming changes, supporting the daily timetable, and acting as a point of contact for staff needing assistance with supervision/class/room changes.
