**Date**:26 Aug 2024**Location**:Windsor, NSW, AU, 2756**Company**:Ventia**Ventia’s NSW Schools** contract delivers quality Cleaning Services in Public Schools and Government facilities across the various regions. We are seeking an **Area Cleaning Supervisor **to join our dynamic team. This role will involve frequent travel throughout the **Windsor and Richmond regions.**
- The Area Cleaning Supervisor will be looking after multi sites across Windsor And Richmond regions as such; **Richmond, North Richmond, Kurrajong Heights, Mount Tomah, Windsor, Macdonald Valley and other locations.**

**This is a full-time, permanent role with varying shift times. The position offers $90,000 TFR plus a company vehicle.**

**A day in the life**:

- Managing an efficient roster of fulltime, part-time, and casual employees.
- Ensuring all sites are compliant in relation to site documentation, equipment, chemicals, and consumables to achieve contractual compliance.
- Communicating effectively with Clients, Customers and staff on issues pertaining to service delivery, operational issues, project progress and Continual Improvement.
- Supervising staff and provide ongoing training and development.
- Performing regular inspections to ensure work is delivered at the highest standard.
- Promoting and monitoring safe work practices.
- Occasionally conducting cleaning duties to ensure quality standards are met.
- Effectively communicating with staff and liaising with clients when required.
- Payroll duties as required.

**About you**:

- Resilient and capable of supervising approx. 80-120 cleaners across all shift times.
- Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance (Highly regarded)
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within the cleaning industry (Desirable)
- An ability to lead, motivate, and influence your staff members to deliver excellent results.
- An approachable, collaborative leader, who promotes a happy work culture.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated decision making abilities combined with a developed level of innovative thinking.
- Experience with Microsoft programs, excel, outlook, etc.
- Please note that as part of the recruitment process, you will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol test) and be able to obtain a Police and Working With Children Clearance (WWCC).**About Ventia**
