**About Karmo**:
Since our founding in January 2019, Karmo has become a leading national business in the mobility market. Our mission is to transform the way cities move by offering innovative new car subscription services to individuals, businesses, and large enterprises. Now, we're on the lookout for a talented Customer Support Representative to join our Hamilton team and contribute to our vision.
**The Role**:
As a Customer Support Representative at Karmo, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working closely with the QLD Regional Manager, you'll ensure a seamless and positive journey for our valued customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Delight Customers: Go the extra mile to provide an outstanding customer experience for every Karmo customer.
- Seamless Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new customers and coordinate vehicle pickups, swaps, and handbacks.
- Handle Enquiries: Expertly manage and convert phone and online enquiries to drive customer satisfaction.
- Efficient Data Management: Maintain accurate customer details in our database to streamline operations.
- Ongoing Support: Respond to customer queries and provide continuous support to build lasting relationships.
- Contribute to Business Success: Collaborate with the regional manager to enhance the performance and success of our business.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Customer-Centric Attitude: A positive and empathetic approach to building strong customer relationships.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for Our Product: An enthusiastic mindset towards helping people discover the benefits of new car subscriptions.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with technology and possess solid computer skills.
- Driver's License: A current driver's license is required.
- Bonus Skills: Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, car rental, or customer service is a plus but not essential.

**Salary**: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
