**The Opportunity**

Robson Civil Projects is seeking an experienced Environmental & Sustainability Manager (ESM) to join our HSEQ team. This is a key leadership role responsible for the governance, management, and continuous improvement of all Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) activities across our operations. We want our ESM to lead the environmental and sustainability functions, manage a dedicated team, and provide both technical guidance and strategic input.

**What do we want you to do**:

- Lead the development and implementation of Environmental Plans
- Conduct legal compliance audits and analyses of environmental performance.
- Develop and deliver induction, education, and training programs related to environmental management.
- Report and analyse environmental objectives, targets, events, and incidents.
- Liaise with regulators and participate in client and external audits.
- Provide expert environmental advice to management, projects, and sites.
- Investigate environmental impacts, hazards, and complaints, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide leadership, direction, and management to all team members.
- Conduct Performance Development sessions to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.

**What we think you will need to succeed in this role**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- High level of experience in a civil project environment
- Degree qualifications in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and implement improved environmental and operational sustainability outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Track record in developing and implementing effective environmental management systems and strategies.
