About the role
Duties
- Operate final trim grader machinery to perform grading tasks on construction sites
- Ensure accurate and precise grading to achieve desired surface levels and finishes
- Conduct pre-operation checks and routine maintenance machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience operating final trim graders or similar grading machinery in a construction or civil engineering environment
- Strong understanding of grading techniques, equipment operation and project specifications
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
