**The Role**

We’re searching for a **Freelance New Business Development Specialist** with an **advertising agency background** to drive new growth and revenue. This isn’t just any freelance role—it’s an opportunity to make an impact in a start-up studio that values creativity as much as you do. You’ll be the face of our company, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to attract new business. **What You’ll Do**
- **Hit the Ground Running**: Utilise your experience in the advertising and video production space to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, using your understanding of agency dynamics to connect with decision-makers.
- **Develop Winning Proposals**: Working together with our team prepare pitches that align with client needs, highlighting our unique storytelling approach and production capabilities.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Cultivate long-term relationships with agencies to generate repeat business and ongoing collaborations.
- **Close Deals & Drive Growth**: Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and negotiation to finalizing contracts and ensuring successful project kickoffs.
