Knoll Consultants & Investments Pty Ltd are one of South Australia’s largest food manufacturers and retailer. We have 11 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schulz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.

Our heritage is expertise in smallgoods and we have taken great pride in our skills, techniques and our brands from the very beginning. We continue to be one of Australia’s most awarded smallgoods maker.

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Full-time production employee to work in our smallgoods factory ovens area. You will be responsible for cook schedules, compliance checks and ensuring stock coming in and out of the ovens meets production and food safety requirements.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with some Saturday work leading up to our peak production period.

**About you**:
The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:

- Certificate in commercial cookery
- Previous smallgoods manufacturing and/or food manufacturing experience
- Must be effective in written/verbal communications.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- Computing skills using different programs
- Ability to read and complete compliance-based paperwork
- Ability to be able to change and adapt to customer and business needs
- To have experience in servicing and liaising with internal and/or external customer

All positions are manually tasked and require a good comprehension of safety understanding and the ability to follow written and verbal instruction.

Willing to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
