**Employment Type**: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6.30am to 6.30pm

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**You’ll achieve this by**:
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

About Goodstart Osborne

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Osborne is located close to schools and shops as well as community facilities and transport routes.
Our centre environment and natural surroundings supports progressive indoor and outdoor programs for children to play, learn and explore. The environment will enhance children’s social/emotional, cognitive, language and physical aspects. We have carefully designed and planned spaces to encourage a stronger understanding of the environment and sustainability - while giving children the scope to explore, play and let their imaginations roam
Community is also important to us and through visits to the centre and participation in events and activities throughout the year we are able to enrich the learning experience. Art and music experiences are provided on a daily basis which allow the children to freely express their creativity.
