**The Opportunity**
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences that support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Regularly observe and document children’s progress and milestones through digital observations, learning stories, and portfolios.
- Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and professional development opportunities, contributing to a culture of excellence across the service.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families, ensuring open communication about their child’s progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Adhere to child protection policies and procedures, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all children in your care, and consistently meeting the highest standards of practice.
- Assist with developing and implementing the curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

**Your Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Knowledge of child protection policies and creating a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Passionate and compassionate with a genuine desire to support children’s learning and development
- Positive, enthusiastic, and approachable, with a continuous desire to improve and strive for excellence in all areas of work.
