**Part-Time 3 to 4-Day Mother's Helper / Nanny - Greystanes NSW**

Days: 3 to 4 days a week

Time: 7-8 hours per day

Children: B5 (school), G3, B1, B2 months

Pay: $40-$50 per hour via payroll
- No driving required
- Days can vary on a 2-week roster basis, quite flexible.

A warm and busy Greystanes family is seeking an experienced, warm, and supportive mother’s helper to work alongside Mum in managing the day-to-day care of four young children. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting parents in the home and understands the dynamics of a household with multiple young children.

This is a home where relationships and faith are central. The family enjoys reading, music, puzzles, cooking, outdoor play, and being involved in their church and community. They’re also exploring the possibility of homeschooling, so someone with an interest in early learning or creative education would be a great fit.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who values meaningful connection, enjoys supporting a parent, and thrives in a well-run but relaxed environment.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

- Supporting Mum in the daily care of the children
- Planning and assisting with creative, educational, and play-based activities
- Taking the children for walks, bike rides, or to the park
- Helping to prepare healthy meals and snacks
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, tidying shared spaces, and dishes)
- Caring for the baby while Mum focuses on the older children
- Being a steady, proactive, and kind presence in the home

- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Minimum of 3+ years of full-time experience with children
- Strong experience with babies and toddlers
- Minimum of 2 child-related references (Australia-based)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Current National Criminal Record Check
- Excellent communication and fluent English

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
