**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced **Demand Planner** to join our high preforming team based in **Greystanes NSW**.

Reporting to the National Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible to lead the forecasting function within the allocated Sales sector, with a regional focus to assist the supply chain function to deliver to customer expectations in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Interfacing with the sales team and being responsible for the input and ongoing review of all new parts and market intelligence; new contracts, and promotions and actively supporting the S&OP process within a given portfolio
- Reporting on forecasting effectiveness of these NPIs, contracts and promotions
- Managing exceptional demand spikes, communication and resolution; highlighting demand trends
- Assisting the National Demand Planning Manager in high-level analysis of Forecast and Inventory with a view to improving current processes and delivered outcomes
- Providing support in identifying and implementing actions that will improve current Forecast Accuracy and Service Level performance
- Staying abreast of market fluctuations and anticipating demand trends
- Supporting any training, coaching, and education requirements for team members and key stakeholders in the forecasting process

To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role using forecasting and demand planning tools
- Good understanding of forecasting and statistical methods
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills along with excellent relationship building skills across all levels
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Experience in Purchasing, Clothing and Apparel (preferred)
