Ormeggio at The Spit, located at d’Albora Marina in Mosman, is a buzzy Italian seafood fine-dining restaurant and Cocktail Bar. It has two chef hats, is often listed among Australia’s top restaurants and has an incredible team of skilled people from all over the world in its team.

Ormeggio is dedicated to its wine cellar and is looking for a Sommelier who is just as passionate about growing its list, matching great wine with great food and engaging with our guests.

Ormeggio's wine list has been winning awards since opening in 2009. With a heavy focus on Italian wines, a good splash of French and of course a wonderful cellar of Australian wines this is an established and varied list to engage with.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the Pavoni Hospitality Family.

**Requirements**:
Valid working rights in Australia or Australian Resident
Fluent spoken English
Wine Knowledge & Food Pairing experience (minimum 1 year)
Current NSW RSA Certificate

Hours do include weekends, evening and public holiday work

**Tasks include**:
Working with Head Sommelier on wine list
Continuous training and development to ensure current knowledge
Advising customers on wine pairing with food, occasion and budget
Guest orders and service
