Since its doors in 2009, Ormeggio's wine list has been a recipient of numerous awards. With a strong emphasis on Italian wines, complemented by a delightful selection of French and Australian vintages, our diverse cellar offers an engaging experience for wine enthusiasts.

We are currently seeking a full-time **Trade Waiter** with premium dining experience to join our team. Immediate availability is required, and training will be provided as part of the role.

**Essential Ormeggio Requirements**:

- Australian working rights.
- Fluent English.
- Essential experience, preferably with a solid understanding of Italian cuisine.
- **Minimum of three years of experience in fine-dining or similarly esteemed hatted restaurants.**:

- **Current NSW RSA Certificate.**:

- Completion of formal hospitality studies.
- Proficiency in wine and food knowledge.
- Must be able to carry three plates.
